People are at the heart of every consultation – figures are always the result of human decisions. This principle shapes the work of Horst Völser, founder of ROI TEAM. He has spent his entire professional life advising companies on business management principles – always with a human touch. Mutual trust was and remains the most important basis for successful cooperation in his view.

When VAT was introduced in 1985, he travelled from village to village throughout South Tyrol in winter to explain the new law to restaurateurs. This experience qualified him to help set up the newly founded business consulting department in the Hoteliers and Restaurateurs Association. Later, he took over the management of the
representative office of the Landes- und Hypothekenbank Vorarlberg – always accompanied by his trademark: a friendly wink.

In 1995, together with Hannes Spögler and Luis Holzner, he founded ROI TEAM – a consulting firm that reflects his most important values: team spirit and integrity. There he specialised in controlling, cost accounting and finance.

Companies are also shaped by emotions and relationships, and decisions reflect the value system of the people who work there, which is why Horst Völser deepened his expertise in the field of interpersonal dynamics. As a certified business mediator (MSc) and trained coach, he supports his clients in the crucial questions of modern leadership. Whether it’s about numbers or getting back into conversation with each other, Horst Völser creates the space for dialogue and sustainable success.
