When you open the door to ROI TEAM early in the morning, you can usually see the light on in Morandell’s office. The independent tax consultant is not only one of the first to arrive at the office, but often also the last to leave in the evening. He has been supporting ROI TEAM on his own initiative for more than ten years – reliable, committed and always available for his clients.

The South Tyrolean learned his trade at the renowned Bocconi University of Economics in Milan. He gained practical experience during the summer months, when he regularly worked in tax offices in South Tyrol. Even stays abroad in Bangkok and St. Gallen could not shake his deep attachment to his homeland. After qualifying as a tax advisor, he deepened his specialist knowledge in various tax firms in Bolzano before venturing into self-employment. In doing so, he learned to confidently navigate the special tax conditions of an autonomous region of Italy.

What characterizes his consulting services today? ‘I am a prototype of the South Tyrolean economic model: it is important to me to build a friendly and trusting relationship with my clients. At the same time, they can rely on me to respond to their questions quickly and reliably.’
